RETURN POLICY
Returned items must be received by us in their original factory condition within 3 days of the order delivery date. We cannot accept items that are not in original, resalable factory condition (with all tags attached). No return on international orders.
For returned items past the 3-day return period, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all refunds. The 3 days start from the day the order was delivered to the customer. Returns older than 3 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. If you return a non-returnable item the item will be disposed of or added to a donation pile. A refund will not be issued. No exceptions.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please include your package slip with the return.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. Failure of this policy will result in a $5-$25 restocking fee based on the price of the shoes.
We do not accept any returns \ on Accessories and Clearance/Flash Sales/Special items. Only exception is if the item received is damaged and you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Refused packages: If a package delivery is refused by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customers refund amount.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item(s). We will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 14 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders typically take 2-7 business days to process and leave our facility. International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer economy options, and express shipping via UPS or DHL for faster delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! A REFUND/EXCHANGE MAY NOT BE GIVEN.
CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES
Additional customs fees may apply at the time of delivery for orders outside of the United States. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government for more information. Veiled Collection is not responsible for the fees issued and we are unable to determine these fees prior to delivery.
Fine Beauty Supply is not responsible for any package(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our facility.
Fine Beauty Supply is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Fine Beauty Supply is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.
RISK OF LOSS
Once packages have left our facility, risk of loss is passed on to the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for any items that have yet to arrive in customer’s hands. If necessary, we will gladly prepare an investigation to assist with any issues or loss, but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We cannot be held responsible or liable and will not be able to refund any transactions due to lost, stolen or late arrivals. Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address.
